Registration 2009

You can choose between o­nline registration and registration by fax.

In case of fax-registration we will transfer your data into the o­nline forms, so you can profit from advantages like access to your invoice or updating address data, which will be shown o­n the final list of participants.

To avoid transcription errors we recommand o­nline registration!

Online Registration


For o­nline registration our easy to use conference management tool is used.


The registration procedure consists of four steps:

1. Create a new account by defining a username and a password.
2. Fill in the required personal contact details.
3. Register for the conference.
4. Print out the invoice and force the payment.

For changing your data, printing a copy of the invoice, or submitting posters and checking for acceptance you can login by using your username and your password as often as you want to.

Please note: In case of cancellation before September 15, 2010, a fee of EUR 50.00 is due. For cancellation after September 15, 2010, you will be charged 75 % of the fee and receive the proceedings.

Registration by Fax


If you want to register by fax, please fill in the registration form and fax it to

We will confirm registration by email and send you a username and a password for the conference management tool. This will enable you to print out invoice and receipt or to change your personal data.
Student discounts are o­nly available via o­nline-registration!

Alternative ways to register


We strongly recommend the o­nline registration. However, if you have any problems with the conference management tool or if you prefer a different way for registration for other reasons, please contact the local organizing commitee.
